Questions
Do I need a portal account?
Yes. DocketHelp works inside your own signed-in session on the court portal and downloads only what you can already open there.
When am I charged?
Your card is checked when you start the trial, and the first monthly payment (plus tax) is charged when the trial ends. Cancel during the trial and you are not charged.
Can I subscribe to several states?
Yes. Each state is a separate subscription with its own trial, and all of them are listed in My subscription under one email address.
Can I buy the same state twice by mistake?
No. One email address can hold only one subscription per state. If you press Buy again, we show the subscription you already have.
How do I cancel or update my card?
Open My subscription (or press Manage subscription in the extension). Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you paid for.
